Winner will be notified via phone call and/or email on February 20, 2020. Winner does not have to be present to win. Real Estate Agent has 24 hours to respond before another winner will be chosen. Value of trip not to exceed $1,500. Cash will not be given in lieu of trip. To receive trip, Real Estate Agent must meet all other terms and conditions for travel and must complete travel one (1) year from date that travel voucher is issued.
If a Real Estate Agent does not take the trip, for any reason, Real Estate Agent will not be entitled to any other compensation in lieu of the trip. Real Estate Agent is responsible for any income taxes on the value of the trip, and any other costs incurred in connection with same. The vacation package will be paid by the Developer and the recipient of the New Orleans weekend trip will receive a prepaid travel voucher from Galactic Companies by February 28, 2020. Travel voucher can only be redeemed from Galactic Companies. The vacation package is non-transferrable and has no cash value for redemption. The Realtor must provide a completed W9 before travel voucher will be given and assume all responsibility for IRS tax implications. |
